📋 Description

•We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Engineer with a robust background in Product Development Outsourcing (PDO) and custom application development. •This role requires a proactive, experienced, and customer-centric professional capable of working independently to deliver innovative solutions that align with client needs. •The ideal candidate is proficient in adopting an AI-first approach to development and utilizing advanced agentic tools to enhance productivity and solution quality. •We are searching for a US-based candidate only.

🎯 Requirements

•Extensive Salesforce Development Experience: Proven track record in developing complex applications on the Salesforce platform, with experience in both PDO app development and direct customer implementations. •AI Integration Proficiency: Demonstrated ability to integrate AI technologies into development processes, enhancing productivity and solution quality. •Strong Testing Practices: Experience in writing and maintaining comprehensive unit tests to ensure code reliability and facilitate seamless integration. •Effective Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Owners, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity in requirements and excellence in delivery. •Autonomous Problem-Solving: Capacity to work independently, make informed decisions, and lead technical discussions with customers to drive project success. •Customer-Focused Mindset: Willingness to align work schedules with customer time zones, travel as necessary, and engage in on-site interactions to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment. •Consultative Expertise: Experience in providing strategic guidance to customers regarding technical implementations, ensuring solutions are aligned with industry best practices and client objectives. •Salesforce Certifications: Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer II or Application Architect, demonstrating advanced knowledge and commitment to the field. •Knowledge of Salesforce Technologies: Knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Customer Data Platform (Data Cloud), and Agentforce, enabling the development of comprehensive and integrated solutions. •Industry Expertise: Experience across various verticals, including Financial Services, Healthcare, Hospitality, and High Tech, enabling tailored solutions that meet industry-specific challenges.
