Description
• Provide an exceptional support experience via email, web and/or phone for our customers using Aras products and achieve core KPIs • Participate in debugging and testing the product • Develop sample customizations of the product for customers • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing technical resolutions for customer issues • Document customer interactions and feedback by creating knowledge base articles and providing recommendations for improving the online documentation • You will be an expert in the Aras Innovator product • Participate in on-call rotation shift
Requirements
• Experience with C# and JavaScript • Experience with OOP concepts • Experience with Web Application development preferred • Experience with SQL database preferred • Experience with a customer-facing role or consulting role
