Description

• Lead all technical aspects of the Back Office domain from planning to prioritization to execution. • Work with Executives and key stakeholders to understand the business and design scalable systems to get orders through their lifecycle—mentor fellow engineers to have a greater impact within the organization. • Constantly look to improve the performance, maintainability, and operations of the Tangelo codebase by via refactoring and upgrade projects. • Improve the instrumentation, monitoring, and alerting of your team’s production software to drive operational excellence. • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely across teams, time zones, and dependencies. • Demonstrate sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others and make excellent business and technical decisions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with expertise in building a wide range of applications. • Strong coding skills, with proficiency in object-oriented programming languages. • A customer-first mindset, ensuring the end-user is at the center of every decision. • A customer-centric approach to product development, focusing on creating robust, scalable, accessible, and user-friendly solutions. • 0-to-1 experience, with a strong inclination toward shipping quickly, learning iteratively, and maintaining a high standard of quality. • A proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments, working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and partners.
