โ€ข Oversee the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and seamless integration with existing systems. โ€ข Design and configure product bundles, pricing models, discount structures, and approval workflows within the Salesforce CPQ platform to meet the organization's specific needs. โ€ข Demonstrate technical and functional skills in design, development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices. โ€ข Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient use of the CPQ tools. โ€ข Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce CPQ features and updates, recommending and implementing enhancements to improve system performance and user experience. โ€ข Ensure data integrity within the CPQ system, overseeing regular audits and implementing necessary controls. โ€ข Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides to support system maintenance and user education.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

โ€ข A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including at least 2 years in a senior specialist role. โ€ข Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with the ability to utilize declarative and programming tools - Apex, LWC, Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, and Integration tools. โ€ข Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification is highly preferred. โ€ข Lead, manage, and mentor a team of professionals, encourage a collaborative and productive work environment. โ€ข Proven ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective CPQ solutions. โ€ข Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. โ€ข Demonstrated aptitude for troubleshooting issues and implementing effective solutions promptly. โ€ข Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira, to manage tasks and deliverables efficiently.
