🎯 Requirements
•Must have a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Cloud implementation methodology and the challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams •Module specific experience in Talent Management (Goals, Performance, Career Development, Succession Planning, Talent Review) or Learning is required. Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets will be considered (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP, etc.) •Minimum of four (4) full life cycle hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in your module of expertise with proven expert knowledge of best practice solutions, product integration impacts and support/troubleshooting required •Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients •Oracle certified in your module of expertise •Proven ability to understand client’s data movement to external systems and advise on impacts related to upstream and downstream systems •Ability to effectively manage communication at the client senior levels, see the “big picture” as well as the details •Demonstrated ability to plan work and manage priorities with commitment to quality and the timely completion of projects •Proven ability to manage and deliver large projects, including understanding of business-related drivers and parameters •Strong intrapersonal and interpersonal skills •Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment •Self-motivated and demonstrated commitment to continuous learning to stay current on trends and Oracle Cloud releases •Strong willingness to share skills, knowledge, and expertise with Associate and Senior consultants •Willing to travel as necessary
