🎯 Requirements
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a sourcing or recruiting role with proven success in identifying and engaging talent. • Skills & Expertise: Proficiency in sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media platforms. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Preferred Qualifications: Industry-specific sourcing experience. • Recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Professional Recruiter).
