This role requires strategic sourcing, building a strong tech talent pipeline, managing contingent staffing needs by working effectively with agency partners, and fostering relationships with hiring managers to ensure we attract and retain skilled employees.
• 8+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably within Azure, cloud computing, or IT consulting domains. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure or AWS services cloud architectures, and enterprise consulting roles. • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever). • Proven ability to source, engage, and close highly skilled Azure professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and optimize recruitment metrics. • Experience working with global and remote teams is a plus.
