🎯 Requirements

•7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled companies (either in-house or a combination of agency & in-house) •Function as a business partner to hiring managers, providing data and market intel to drive towards effective decisions together •Understand the importance of an inclusive, structured hiring process that will reduce bias in Headway’s decision making •Strategic, data-driven thinker, who analyzes sourcing stats and pipeline pass-through rates to optimize the hiring process •Scrappy & creative thinker who will find out-of-the box ways to source top talent •Comfortable navigating through the inevitable ambiguity of a startup •Relentless drive to improve efficiency for the team and all stakeholders •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
