📋 Description

• A Lead Consultant at Argano is a highly experienced professional responsible for managing mid to large size client engagements. • Provide expert advice, guidance, and solutions related to technology to businesses and organizations. • Help clients optimize their technology infrastructure, processes, and strategies to achieve business objectives. • Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. • Align existing client practices and procedures with validated HCM Cloud methods to solve client needs. • Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle Cloud functionality. • Identify functionality gaps and develop solutions to them, through process or design. • Configure the Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and document application set-ups. • Analyze and resolving functionality issues and proactively identify long-term solutions. • Lead and present to clients and internally. • Build future process flow diagrams. • Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems. • Manage scope and client expectations on individual assignments. • Lead and support clients with the execution of test scripts. • Develop and implement long-term client strategies. • Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technology requirements. • Provide expert advice on technology solutions and tools that can enhance the client's operations. • Collaborate with third-party vendors and suppliers to source necessary hardware, software, or services. • Offer ongoing technical support to address any issues or concerns that arise after implementation. • Monitor the performance of implemented solutions to identify areas for improvement or optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc. • MBA, relevant master's degree or PhD. • Module-specific experience in Time and Absence Modules. Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets will be considered (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.) • 5-10 years of consulting experience or in related field. • Demonstrated experience in understanding of business practice concepts in your module of expertise. • Track record of building long-lasting relationships with your clients. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. • Preferred consulting experience in a similar role in a professional services firm or industry experience at a strategic level is required. • Previous experience working in IT companies. • In-depth knowledge of the technologies and systems relevant. • Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose. • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Understanding of project implementation methodologies. • Strong interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams. • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment. • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities. • Willing to travel as necessary.
