• Principal Solutions Architect ensures feasible and valuable solutions between sales, delivery, and clients. • Leads design and implementation project solutions. • Advocates for improvements in client business processes. • Maintains understanding of tools related to Oracle Business Unit platforms. • Completes RFP responses and proposals. • Drives sales cycles to completion with sales team. • Oversees architectural aspects of mid to large size projects. • Performs quality control on estimates and Statements of Work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred. • Ability to understand fundamental Oracle CX implementations, including Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance and Channel Revenue Management. • Design and present end-to-end Oracle Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance solutions, ensuring Sales incentives, Sales performance and Channel revenue that align with client needs and strategic goals. • Extensive experience with Incentive Compensation, Sales Performance integrates with payroll systems. • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Presales, Solution Architect or technical sales roles for enterprise CX SaaS applications preferably Oracle Cloud. • Experience working in senior technical roles such as solution architect, solution lead, functional team lead. • Experience working directly with large-scale enterprise clients and/or supporting sales, and success teams. • Experience working in Compensation projects that delivered the full lifecycle of analysis, design, software development, architecture, integration, testing and deployments. • Experience with and comfortable presenting to large client groups. • Perform the effort estimation for implementing complex Oracle solutions. • Build technical documentation, diagrams, demos, and proofs of concept to support client solutions, with a consultative approach to identifying existing and prospective client needs and articulating Argano’s technical value proposition. • Stay updated on industry trends and product roadmap for Oracle Incentive Compensation, Sales performance, and Channel Management CX solutions. • Provide transition knowledge to Argano delivery teams. • Foster strong relationships with Oracle to drive innovation and keep abreast of application changes and upgraded functionality. • Collaborate with the entire pre-sales team to build and maintain an integrated Argano Oracle CX demo environment. • Ability to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating preferred. • Validated ability to support sales as Subject Matter Expert. • Understanding of business-related drivers and parameters. • Willing to travel as necessary. • Oracle certified preferred.
