Description

• The Sr. Change Management Lead at Argano will play a key role in helping our clients implement Oracle enterprise software modules. • Focus on the people side of change - readying an end-user community for upcoming changes. • Creating and helping to implement change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize engagement. • Develop and execute change activities such as strategies, stakeholder analysis, and engagement measurements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field (preferred). • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies (example: Prosci certification, previous experience leading large-scale change efforts) • Experience driving the change efforts associated with implementing Oracle Cloud Software • Experience with Oracle Cloud (Guided) Learning / Oracle Cloud Journeys and other 3rd party providers in this training space • Minimum three (3) relevant years of experience or a minimum of five (5) client engagements that achieved Go Live.
