📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with customers, reviewing business processes and evaluating solutions. • Participate in solution implementation, analyzing requirements, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics application. • Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluate customer's processes. • Responsible for following Agile Implementation methodology and improving quality of documentation. • Utilize Microsoft Technology and provide ongoing input into delivery practices. • Document business requirements and configure Microsoft Dynamics to meet them. • Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources on the application. • Plan and oversee execution of testing phases and validate customer requirements. • Provide structured support to customers and contribute knowledge to the organization. • Oversee and direct multiple Trade & Logistics projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives. • Proven ability to successfully implement T&L modules, including: Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, and Product Information Management. • Proven ability to implement solutions for various Supply Chain and Operations processes including: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Quote to Order, Configure and Release Products, Pick to Ship, Sales and Purchase returns • Key experience with common T&L scenarios and solutions for pricing, vendor and customer rebates, and workflows. • Proven ability to train others and mentor both Senior and Junior consultants in Trade and Logistics process design and implementation • Proven ability to lead client SME teams • Proven experience working with companies ranging from Distribution, manufacturing, and financial services industries. • Experience in Azure DevOps • Experience writing and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) • General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail • Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities. • Ability to travel up to 50%.
