Description

β€’ Collaborate closely with customers, reviewing business processes and evaluating solutions. β€’ Participate in solution implementation, analyzing requirements, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics application. β€’ Provide in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics and evaluate customer's processes. β€’ Responsible for following Agile Implementation methodology and improving quality of documentation. β€’ Utilize Microsoft Technology and provide ongoing input into delivery practices. β€’ Document business requirements and configure Microsoft Dynamics to meet them. β€’ Conduct acceptance testing and train customer resources on the application. β€’ Plan and oversee execution of testing phases and validate customer requirements. β€’ Provide structured support to customers and contribute knowledge to the organization. β€’ Oversee and direct multiple Trade & Logistics projects.

Requirements

β€’ Proven ability to participate in multiple concurrent consulting engagements, providing guidance and input as required to ensure progress and achieve the project objectives. β€’ Proven ability to successfully implement T&L modules, including: Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, Inventory Management, and Product Information Management. β€’ Proven ability to implement solutions for various Supply Chain and Operations processes including: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Quote to Order, Configure and Release Products, Pick to Ship, Sales and Purchase returns β€’ Key experience with common T&L scenarios and solutions for pricing, vendor and customer rebates, and workflows. β€’ Proven ability to train others and mentor both Senior and Junior consultants in Trade and Logistics process design and implementation β€’ Proven ability to lead client SME teams β€’ Proven experience working with companies ranging from Distribution, manufacturing, and financial services industries. β€’ Experience in Azure DevOps β€’ Experience writing and reviewing Functional Design Documents (FDDs) β€’ General understanding of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies β€’ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills β€’ Excellent organization skills, with strong attention to detail β€’ Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and activities. β€’ Ability to travel up to 50%.
