🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, from an accredited university or college, in Healthcare, Business, or another closely related field • 2 – 3 years of experience in management consulting for healthcare payor or managed care clients • Authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Experience leading and mentoring in a team-oriented, collaborative environment • Experience in a client serving and management role • Experience with project management tools • Demonstrated career progression with increased responsibilities and mentorship
