As a Senior Director of Industry Strategy, you'll lead innovative Oracle-driven solutions, collaborate with top executives, and drive meaningful change in the Healthcare sector. β€’ Cultivate and foster relationships with key stakeholders within Oracle’s Cloud, Oracle Technology and Oracle Health sales and product leadership team, nurturing strategic alliances. β€’ Take the helm in driving the strategic partnership with Oracle by devising innovative industry-led go-to-market initiatives and solutions. β€’ Position Argano as the preferred partner with Oracle by activating targeted industries and client teams, fostering successful collaborations. β€’ Establish and nurture relationships with strategic clients, gaining insights into their objectives and translating them into practical Oracle solutions. β€’ Curate a compelling portfolio of Oracle-enabled technology solutions in the Healthcare industry including advocating for multi-partner collaborations. β€’ Work in tandem with marketing, alliance, and sales teams to craft joint go-to-market strategies showcasing the distinctive value of Argano's Healthcare industry advisory and delivery services.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum ten years of recent experience in consultative services or business development, with at least five years managing top-tier alliances or equivalent relevant experience overseeing ERP/SCM/HCM/EMR, Revenue Cycle or interoperability software solutions or on the Healthcare provider side β€’ Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience. β€’ Proven success in managing joint innovation with Oracle Apps, Technology and/or Oracle Health teams and building win-win alliance relationships. β€’ Strong networking and influence management skills, with executive-level communication experience. β€’ Effective management of complex projects and programs, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Travel will vary, however must have the ability to travel up to 50% as necessary. β€’ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
