• Join Argano, a leading consultancy in ERP solutions, to transform business processes with Unit4 ERP. • As a Unit4 Solution Architect, design and implement ERP solutions that align with client needs. • Collaborate with clients for requirement gathering and analysis of business processes. • Provide in-depth knowledge of Unit4 ERP functionalities and recommend optimal solutions. • Oversee project lifecycle from scoping to post-implementation support for timely delivery. • Configure and customize ERP solutions based on client-specific requirements. • Plan and execute testing to validate solutions meet client expectations. • Prepare and maintain documentation of requirements, designs, and deliverables. • Share knowledge and best practices with team members. • Identify and mitigate risks in implementation processes. • Mentor functional consultants and promote continuous learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in ERP solution design and implementation, with a focus on Unit4 ERP software. • Proven track record of leading at least 3 full lifecycle Unit4 ERP implementations. • Deep industry knowledge in areas such as Finance, HR, Procurement, Project Management, or other relevant domains. • Strong understanding of business process modeling and re-engineering. • Experience with Unit4 implementation methodologies and tools. • Proficiency in Unit4 ERP modules and their application in solving business problems. • Ability to use project management and ALM tools, such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms. • Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrations with Unit4. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design innovative solutions. • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of interfacing with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and lead in collaborative settings.
