Description

• Play a critical role in supporting revenue growth for Availity • Support and build relationships with large payers, HIEs, and providers • Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs • Design and develop customized solutions • Provide technical expertise in software/hardware selection • Conduct testing and validation of solutions • Maintain documentation for implemented solutions • Act as a liaison between providers, developers, and IT teams • Assist sales teams in the pre-sales phase

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of client-facing solutions engineering or consulting experience • Experience in a customer-facing role, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users • Comfortable presenting to all organizational levels • Experienced in sales, marketing, product management or solutions delivery for enterprise SaaS • Proven experience in clinical solutions or healthcare IT role • Hands-on experience with healthcare systems (EHRs, EMRs, PACS, etc.) • Passionate about technology in business • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Comfortable traveling, potentially 25% • Able to work in a matrixed environment • Willing to wear numerous hats
