β€’ Play a critical role in supporting revenue growth for Availity β€’ Support and build relationships with large payers, HIEs, and providers β€’ Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their needs β€’ Design and develop customized solutions β€’ Provide technical expertise in software/hardware selection β€’ Conduct testing and validation of solutions β€’ Maintain documentation for implemented solutions β€’ Act as a liaison between providers, developers, and IT teams β€’ Assist sales teams in the pre-sales phase

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 4 years of client-facing solutions engineering or consulting experience β€’ Experience in a customer-facing role, able to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users β€’ Comfortable presenting to all organizational levels β€’ Experienced in sales, marketing, product management or solutions delivery for enterprise SaaS β€’ Proven experience in clinical solutions or healthcare IT role β€’ Hands-on experience with healthcare systems (EHRs, EMRs, PACS, etc.) β€’ Passionate about technology in business β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail β€’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team β€’ Comfortable traveling, potentially 25% β€’ Able to work in a matrixed environment β€’ Willing to wear numerous hats
