Description

• Play a critical role in supporting revenue growth for Availity • Support and build relationships with some of the largest payers, HIEs and providers in the country • Collaborate with healthcare providers to understand their clinical needs and workflows • Design and develop customized solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare systems • Provide technical expertise in the selection and configuration of software, hardware, and networking solutions • Conduct testing and validation of solutions to meet clinical and regulatory standards • Optimize solutions based on user feedback and evolving clinical needs • Maintain documentation for implemented solutions • Act as a liaison between healthcare providers, software developers, and IT teams • Participate in product development discussions • Assist sales teams in the pre-sales phase

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of client facing solutions engineering or consulting experience • Experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users • Comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization • Experienced in sales, marketing, product management or solutions delivery of enterprise SaaS solution • Proven experience in a clinical solutions or healthcare IT role • Hands-on experience with healthcare systems such as EHRs, EMRs, PACS, and other clinical software • Passionate about technology and its role in business • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team • Comfortable with traveling, potentially 25%
