Description

• Here at Shippo, we are the shipping layer of the internet and we consider ourselves to be one of the core building blocks of e-commerce. • Our mission is to make merchants successful through world-class shipping. • As a Solutions Engineer at Shippo, you will play a critical role in our sales and customer success efforts for our high-volume clients. • You will be responsible for understanding our client's business requirements and using your technical expertise to design and implement solutions that meet their needs. • Shipping & handling responsibilities include acting as a technical advisor, understanding client requirements, supporting product demonstrations, assisting with proposals, onboarding plans, and maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• Ability to clearly articulate technical issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Experience identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues related to APIs, ensuring smooth integration and performance • Strong understanding of SQL for querying databases and troubleshooting data-related issues • Ability to effectively explain API-related issues to customers, offering clear, actionable solutions • Ability to read and understand Python code for debugging and issue identification purposes • Bonus if prior working experience is in Shipping, eCommerce, or Warehouse/3PL environment
