Description

• Provide actionable insights based on data analysis to support program improvements and strategic decisions. • Collaborate with the content team on the submission and maintenance of content submission, ensuring it meets quality standards and timely response. • Coordinate with external teams such as operations, legal, and finance to ensure seamless, efficient program execution. • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate event proposals and other ambassador-related activities. • Analyze content performance and provide feedback to optimize future submissions. • Maintain the health and hygiene of the ambassador database on AirTable, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. • Keep thorough documentation of all program activities, making it easily accessible and shareable with the team. • Prepare regular reports on program performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in web3. • Previous experience in data analytics, operations management, or a similar role. • Experience with Airtable or similar database management platforms. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities and time-management skills. • Attention to detail. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. • Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
