Description

• Create and execute social media content strategy, campaigns, and partnerships across all social channels • Develop content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, with continuous posting to grow social media community • Create trending content, organize events and photo shoots to develop innovative content for social pages • Develop strategies to support product launches and increase conversions • Collaborate with Digital and Creative for content that aligns with overall brand identity • Collaborate with the Influencer Marketing team to drive brand partnerships and content needs • Measure and analyze the impact of social media initiatives on various KPIs • Manage advocacy strategy for UGC growth across all channels • Monitor and respond to public inquiries/comments across digital platforms • Establish best practices for optimizing content across channels • Bring forth ideas to stay competitive in the social universe • Identify and propose new initiatives in support of key brand moments • Deliver weekly & monthly performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related discipline • 3-5 years of online marketing experience in social media and social content creation • Passionate about all things social media and experience with content creation • Proven history developing and managing strategies and campaigns to grow social media audiences, engagement, and sales • Experience managing brand social media accounts • Experience using social media analytics tools • Exceptional writing and editing skills • Exceptional eye for visuals and social content relevant to a brand • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Comfortable with ad hoc requests related to the marketing team
