Description
• Responsible ensuring reinsurance agreements internal and external requirements are met • Delivers in accordance with Standard Work and Service Level agreements • Effectively communicates and collaborates across the organization • Effectively handles escalated issues and resolves problems • Provides training, technical expertise to less experienced staff • Implements assigned projects as needed • Other duties as needed
Requirements
• College degree – BA or BS preferred • 3-5 years relevant (re)insurance experience • Reinsurance Operations Experience • ARe, AINS, CPCU or similar designation is a plus
