Description

• Collaborating with digital product managers and business system owners. • Capturing business requests and translating them to specifications for design, coding, and testing. • End-to-end process documentation, review and improvement, operational and management reporting. • Building productive working relationships with stakeholders. • Working with users and DPM to capture stakeholder requests and translate into system specifications. • Ensuring engineering realization aligns with business specifications. • Collaborating on Quality Assurance testing as necessary. • Managing requirements risks and communicating issues. • Analyzing and documenting current and future state business processes. • Supporting users in resolving in-depth questions and issues. • Maintaining knowledge of technology and business analysis practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Reinsurance or Insurance organization working on delivering business applications. • Experience in Accounting or Finance preferred knowledge of business analysis processes, techniques, and work products. • Knowledge and understanding of computer software development, computer terminology, and software applications. • Experience in Agile software development processes. • Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. • Interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate and convey information to business owners and software engineers and testers. • Strong customer service skills to provide end user/business owner systems support on high level issues. • Understanding of how technology impacts business processes. • Team player with a proven background of contribution. • Excellent interpersonal, documentation, communication, and presentation skills. • SQL skills to query SQL databases as well as data structures and data movement.
