• Provide end-user support for documentation and user account setup • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems • Operate under defined processes and make decisions regarding priorities • Support users in general IT problems alongside Helpdesk, Desktop Technology, and ATS teams
🎯 Requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) • Experience with Office 365 • Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Outlook • Familiarity with Windows 7/Windows 10 • Understanding of SharePoint • Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system • Knowledge of Active Directory • Familiarity with Virtual Machines and Citrix • Hardware Troubleshooting skills • Basic Network Troubleshooting • Understanding of McAfee Drive Encryption • Knowledge of Multifactor Authentication • Experience with Blackberry Work • Familiarity with Cisco Unity • Proficiency in WebEx • Basic knowledge of SCCM • Excellent customer service skills • Strong analytical, spreadsheet, and business problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational skills and detail-oriented approach • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
