📋 Description

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bank Reconciliation Analyst to support the daily operations of our client and their associated business. • In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement, ensuring service level agreements are met, and maintaining accurate financial records. • This position may require after-hours communication with management and active input to ensure seamless operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on bank reconciliation and financial data management. • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team. • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively. • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a self-motivated approach to problem-solving. • Strong numerical aptitude and analytical skills. • Proven ability to take ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects. • Previous experience with commission processing is advantageous but not required.
