• We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst specializing in demand planning for international markets to join our team. • This role focuses on ensuring accurate demand forecasting and supply chain efficiency for our growing portfolio of haircare products. • The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in Amazon 3P operations, marketplace dynamics, and demand analytics to streamline inventory management, optimize product availability, and support our rapid global expansion. • This individual will play a critical role in aligning supply chain strategies with the unique needs of the haircare industry, helping the company maintain its competitive edge in a high-growth market. • Key Responsibilities: • Forecasting and Demand Planning for Haircare Products in International Markets • Supporting Hyper-Growth Trajectory in Haircare • Amazon 3P Operations for Haircare Products • Streamlining Inventory and Supply Chain Processes • Data Analysis & Reporting • Cross-Functional Collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in demand planning, data analysis, or supply chain management, with a focus on consumer goods or haircare products. • Strong expertise in Amazon 3P operations, including inventory management, fulfillment, and product optimization. • Proven ability to forecast demand accurately and streamline supply chain operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics platforms (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI). • Knowledge of the haircare industry, including product trends, customer preferences, and supply chain nuances. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for the haircare segment. • Expertise in Amazon Seller Central and supply chain systems for managing haircare product listings and performance. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing supply chain challenges. • Detail-oriented, with the ability to balance big-picture strategy with operational excellence.
