Description

• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to licensed customers. • Enhance customer adoption of tools and maximize their value for driving renewals and expansions. • Own accounts completely, build relationships with senior management, and collaborate with teams to provide insights. • Take full responsibility for enterprise accounts, overseeing renewals and upselling opportunities. • Develop strategic plans for effective tool roll-outs and facilitate user onboarding. • Provide guidance for live tenders across various procurement categories. • Relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• A degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field is preferred. • At least two years as a procurement consultant or experience as a Customer Success Manager in an enterprise B2B SaaS company, particularly one with a complex product and significant ARR per customer. • Experience with software roll-outs, particularly in procurement, is ideal. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with senior management using PowerPoint. • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel. • Fluent and idiomatic proficiency in English. • A keen interest in sourcing combined with a strong willingness to learn. • A thorough understanding of data analysis or data science. • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset, coupled with a strong sense of ownership. • The capacity to think strategically and operate in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. • Proficiency in both English and French.
