• About the Company: • ArcSite pioneers innovative drawing, estimating, and takeoff solutions for the construction industry. • We enhance construction professionals' efficiency and productivity through technology that works seamlessly on mobile devices and laptops—without the steep learning curve of traditional CAD applications. • Our software helps businesses close deals faster and save hours weekly by streamlining quotes and takeoff reports. • Our dynamic team is committed to making CAD accessible worldwide. • We're innovative professionals dedicated to transforming our customers' design experiences. • At ArcSite, where innovation meets customer focus, you can build an exceptional career. • Join us in shaping the future of drawing. • About the Role: • We're looking for a Solutions Engineer with construction industry expertise to join our team. • In this role, you'll work directly with customers to understand their needs and develop custom technology solutions that deliver exceptional value. • The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of construction technologies and can apply this expertise to solve practical challenges. • Key Responsibilities: • Conduct in-depth research into different construction industry segments to identify their specific challenges and needs. • Collaborate with sales and product teams to develop tailored solutions for drawing, estimating, and takeoff across various construction sectors. • Design and present custom solutions that integrate our technology seamlessly into customers' existing workflows. • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations that highlight how our solutions improve efficiency and add value. • Support customers post-sale to ensure smooth implementation, providing ongoing guidance and solution optimization. • Collect customer feedback and collaborate with internal product teams to refine and evolve our product offerings. • Monitor current trends in construction technology and stay informed about industry regulations. • Handle technical documentation and prepare responses for RFPs and RFIs. • Lead training sessions and educational workshops for both customers and team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. • 3+ years of technical experience in the construction industry, with expertise in CAD, estimating tools, or project management software. • Thorough knowledge of construction workflows, project management, and construction technology integration. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions clearly. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrating success in understanding customer needs and delivering effective solutions. • Available to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events. • Experience with construction software, especially drawing, estimating, and takeoff platforms.
