• Department: People & Culture (P&C) • Reporting to: Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition – Commercial • Location: Vancouver • Remote role • Lead, coach, and mentor a team in talent acquisition • Partner with TA team to evolve global processes • Collaborate with people leaders to match business needs with talent • Support guest services, eCommerce, and more • Work with global recruiters to ensure an incredible candidate experience

Requirements

• 8+ years of talent acquisition experience in a complex, global environment • 2+ years of TA leadership experience • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and approachable work ethic • Ability to build strong relationships with a customer-service focused mentality • Not afraid to fail and use every opportunity to learn and share • Firm supporter of diversity in the workplace • Excellent command of the English language with strong communication skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to sensitively deal with confidential information • Team player, able to collaborate effectively with various teams • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity • Seek the best solutions with unwavering commitment • Passion for sustainability and the outdoors
