Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Business, Ecommerce, or a related field • 8+ years’ experience within a vertical Retail environment • Strong understanding of circularity programs • 3+ years of experience leading a team • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Strong attention to detail • Strong leadership capabilities • Expertise in spotting scalable improvement opportunities • Ability to inspire breakthrough thinking • Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment • Experience with apparel or gear as a technician • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues • High flexibility and adaptability • Strong computer skills
