Description

• Lead development of SRE processes and best practices • Design, develop, and deploy scalable software with a focus on security and reliability • Work with the Platform Engineering teams to develop continuous delivery and observability systems • Collaborate with the R&D product teams in developing reliable, scalable, observable systems • Triage and debug production alerts, and participate in blameless postmortems • Reduce toil by automating everything • Provide mentoring to team members

Requirements

• Working in an SRE/Release Engineering team to reducing toil for R&D teams and managing large-scale services • Championing adoption and usage of SLOs and error budgets • Software development experience with Go and/or Python • AWS technologies including CloudFormation, EKS, EventBridge, RDS PostgreSQL, S3, and SQS • Company wide communication and rollout of services for internal usage • Configuring monitoring and visualization systems (Prometheus, CloudWatch, Grafana, etc) • Ubuntu or other Linux operating system variants
