Description

• Ardelyx is a biopharmaceutical company • Oversee all payroll procedures • Manage payroll system and become proficient with Paylocity • Lead/assist with projects as needed • Oversee governmental reporting obligations • Supervise payroll team and provide performance evaluations

Requirements

• Minimum of ten years of payroll experience • at least two years of in-house payroll and tax processing experience • Certified Payroll Professional Designation preferred • Knowledge of federal and state payroll and tax requirements • Multistate experience required • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions • Proficient in Microsoft-based applications • Strong communication, interpersonal and writing skills • Highly organized
