📋 Description

• Ardelyx is a biopharmaceutical company focused on innovative medicines. • Seeking a passionate individual to engage state and local renal advocates. • Responsible for executing patient-centric programs in the Eastern US. • Build relationships with renal patient advocates and advocacy groups. • Drive strategic planning and execution of advocacy initiatives. • Monitor program effectiveness and provide updates on strategy. • Organize patient-centric events and develop educational materials. • Represent Ardelyx at advocacy events to strengthen relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of patient advocacy or related experience in the pharmaceutical industry • Will consider 12+ years of community engagement and advocacy directed activities in lieu of college degree • Proven ability to create results within the context of relationship management • Excellent communication skills, adaptability in high-pressure environments, and expertise in strategic planning and stakeholder relationship management across a diverse range of partners • A high level of energy and passion toward patients, science and public health • Proven teamwork and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to interact and influence all levels of business • Passion, dedication, and commitment to patient centricity • A desire to work in the corporate culture of a highly innovative company aimed at redefining health and transforming lives with new medicines • Ability to travel up to 50%
