• A bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. • A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in Visual Merchandising in a footwear/apparel environment. • A background of driving positive results for the business and the brand. • Proven experience providing effective visual merchandising direction to the field. • A strong understanding how to translate and adapt global strategy into actionable guidelines and tools for execution in retail. • Knowledge of current consumer and marketplace trends in the fashion industry. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to professionally and effectively interact with all levels of the team. • Experience working through complexities of problem solving for the visual needs of unique store conditions (store concepting, new store openings, remodels, special projects, zoning, navigation, campaign activations, etc…). • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Photoshop, and InDesign. • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
