β€’ ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Human Resources Support Analyst to join our team. β€’ As a Mid-Level Human Resources Support Analyst, you will provide critical support to our HR department and assist in various HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and HR data management. β€’ ARETUM is known for providing cutting-edge solutions and outstanding service to Federal clients in various sectors, including Next Generation Analytics, Engineering Services, Training Services, IT Systems, Cyber Security, PMO Support, and Financial Consulting. β€’ Our mission is to deliver technology-driven solutions that meet the unique needs of our government clients, enabling them to achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently. β€’ Responsibilities β€’ Use centralized and peripheral databases, content management, records management systems to shape workflow and processes β€’ Serve as a liaison between government hiring managers hiring for cybersecurity positions and Office of Human Capital β€’ Create and monitor personnel requests across multiple organizations and to be able to craft this information into position descriptions that meet federal guidelines β€’ Create and monitor Personnel Action Request across multiple subdivisions β€’ Process change requests to ensure alignment across systems before hiring actions are processed β€’ Partner with hiring managers to align position descriptions with the appropriate grade and security level for job announcement creation request β€’ Collaborate across teams to activate org chart updates to include billet realignment, FY billet allocations, etc. β€’ Process request for qualification reviews, career ladder promotion, and recruitment incentive request

Requirements

β€’ Strong coordination skills – able to support protocols between high level government managers and Human Capital office β€’ Strong communication skills through both writing, building out documents and briefings, and acting as a facilitator β€’ Strong comfort level with MS tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams – especially with tools like SharePoint and Teams has the ability to utilize these tools in a manner that benefits process development β€’ Strong process development skills with the ability to understand how multiple stakeholders impact the process and able to communicate this process both verbally and visually β€’ 3-6 years experience, BA or BS in relevant field such as Business Administration, Organizational Management, Human Resources
