Description

• Rapidos LLC is searching for a skilled OpenShift Administrator to manage and optimize our container orchestration platform. • You will play a pivotal role in deploying, configuring, and maintaining OpenShift clusters while ensuring smooth operation and high availability of our applications. • You will collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance our infrastructure and support continuous integration and delivery workflows. • Install, configure, and maintain OpenShift clusters on-premises or in the cloud. • Monitor cluster performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operation. • Manage user access and permissions within the OpenShift environment. • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate application deployment. • Work with development teams to optimize applications running on OpenShift. • Create and maintain documentation related to OpenShift configurations and procedures. • Stay updated with the latest OpenShift and Kubernetes features and best practices. • Collaborate with security teams to implement best security practices for containerized applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience as an OpenShift Administrator or similar role. • Strong understanding of OpenShift and Kubernetes architecture and components. • Hands-on experience with containerization technologies like Docker. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Groovy. • Experience with CI/CD tools and processes. • Knowledge of networking concepts and configurations in a containerized environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • OpenShift or Kubernetes certifications are a plus.
