Description

• Define and craft delightful experiences that our customers love • Lead the design process end-to-end for Argent and our 2 Million Users: strategy, research, exploration, ideation, launch and testing • Collaborate with our product managers and developers to frame problems and take ideas from concept through implementation • Work with the wider design team to ensure consistency of brand and design language across products • Demonstrate high quality design practices by ensuring decisions are made with data and user insight • Create designs that work for desktop web, mobile web and mobile native. • Care about quality and the fine details of our product design, producing attractive solutions that encourage trust, connection, and joy.

Requirements

• 5+ years in UI design, with demonstrable experience in mobile UI • Experience with tools such as Figma, Illustrator and Photoshop • Interactive Prototyping • Illustration skills • Experience working in a startup environment or in an agency where you are working in a fast paced environment.
