Description

β€’ Lead an accomplished team of Account Managers and Channel Partners. β€’ Build, lead and manage a team of 5-8 highly motivated, successful Sales Reps. β€’ Develop a strategic go-to market business plan to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals. β€’ Build sales pipeline by developing relationships with top tier prospects, partners, and customers. β€’ Hire, develop, motivate, and retain top sales talent through coaching and mentoring. β€’ Manage and grow new customer relationships and revenue associated with Arista's Cognitive Cloud Networking solutions. β€’ Prospect and develop partner resellers in the territory. β€’ Participate in marketing program planning, development, execution, and measurement. β€’ Interface with Arista headquarters to coordinate sales and marketing activity. β€’ Monitor client satisfaction and elevate issues of dissatisfaction. β€’ Foster and facilitate a collaborative team environment. β€’ Set own priorities and schedules to meet established goals.

Requirements

β€’ A BA/BS degree β€’ 12+ years sales experience in high tech-preferably in the networking sector, routers/switches or competitors such as Cisco, Juniper, Extreme or Aruba. β€’ Previous experience managing, leading and building sales teams. β€’ Demonstrated history of consistent sales achievement over target β€’ Consistent track record for developing new business and managing a complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals β€’ Core Domain knowledge of networking solutions, network routers/switches and selling into data center and campus environments. β€’ Demonstrated success with CXO and multi-level selling β€’ Highly motivated professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills β€’ Strong customer service orientation and ability to develop and maintain relationships β€’ Knowledge of competitive products, solutions, and services β€’ Strong time management, ability to multitask, takes initiative and follows through β€’ Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
