Description

•At Arkatechture, we have a simple shared mission: to build a sustainable organization built upon three pillars: Do something meaningful, With a great team, Earning what you deserve. •We started in 2012 with a passion for data, business, and getting things done. •This position requires specialization in Credit Card portfolios with specific experience in Retail Card Services on TSYS. •Responsibilities include data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, developing SQL views, and writing Python code. •The ability to interpret and use artifacts like business requirement documents, system requirements documents, critical data element identification and classification, requirement traceability matrix, workflows, data mapping, etc. is required. •This position has the opportunity to be 100% remote if desired.

Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 2-5 years of experience in a similar role •Expert in complex SQL syntax •Understanding of Azure cloud platform •1-3 years of experience with Databricks •Fluent in Python •Domain expertise in Financial Services working with Banks and/or Credit Unions focused on Credit Card portfolios and specifically Retail Card Services on TSYS •Enthusiastic, learner and driven with a positive attitude •Strong critical and analytical thinking and problem solving skills •Experience working on multiple databases such as Snowflake, SQL Server, Databricks, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc •A strong understanding of Agile software development life cycle and methodology •Experience working on Data Management projects for Data Lakes/Data Warehousing •Experience driving and growing client interaction as part of sales support and project delivery •Analytical and problem-solving skills are required to interpret data and draw conclusions •Review, analyze and evaluate detailed business and functional requirements, documentation, process flows and data models to contribute to the development of project plans including project charter, project deliverables, cost/benefits analysis, time line estimates, scope and control. •Develop use cases, defining and documenting user procedures and workflows, and how each class of user interacts with east system function •Assist in the development of conversion and implementation strategies •Skill in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques •Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form •Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships •Ability to work successfully as a member of a team and independently •Ability to exercise sound judgment in making decisions •Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines •Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
