β€’ The Sales Appointment Setter(Bilingual) position involves making outbound calls to potential clients to gather information needed to assist the sales team in closing deals. β€’ Serve as the first point of contact for clients pre-sale. β€’ Ensure customer information is accurate based on their product needs. β€’ Provide exceptional customer service to build a strong brand reputation.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience β€’ Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience β€’ Strong scheduling and appointment-setting experience β€’ Experience in a luxury brand atmosphere is highly preferred β€’ Calendar management β€’ Outbound high call volume β€’ Customer service experience β€’ CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) β€’ Strong data entry skills β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel β€’ Outgoing and professional phone presence β€’ Strong organizational skills while multitasking β€’ Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency β€’ Demonstrated record of taking initiative
