Description

• The Sales Appointment Setter(Bilingual) position involves making outbound calls to potential clients to gather information needed to assist the sales team in closing deals. • Serve as the first point of contact for clients pre-sale. • Ensure customer information is accurate based on their product needs. • Provide exceptional customer service to build a strong brand reputation.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience • Strong scheduling and appointment-setting experience • Experience in a luxury brand atmosphere is highly preferred • Calendar management • Outbound high call volume • Customer service experience • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) • Strong data entry skills • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel • Outgoing and professional phone presence • Strong organizational skills while multitasking • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency • Demonstrated record of taking initiative
