Description

• Design and deliver comprehensive sales training programs to clients of Arootah • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to address individual strengths and areas for improvement. • Develop and implement role-playing exercises and other interactive training methods to enhance sales skills. • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. • Provide actionable feedback and strategies to sales representatives to help them achieve and exceed their sales targets. • Monitor progress and adjust coaching methods to ensure continuous improvement. • Foster a collaborative and supportive sales environment by encouraging knowledge sharing and teamwork. • Facilitate regular team meetings and workshops to discuss best practices, challenges, and success stories. • Work closely with sales managers and other stakeholders to align coaching efforts with overall sales objectives. • Assist in the development and refinement of sales strategies and tactics for Arootah Clients • Stay current with trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide relevant insights and recommendations. • Support the sales team in developing effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales coach, sales trainer, or have held senior level sales roles within successful start ups or financial services firms. • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, technologies, and best practices. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights. • Strong leadership and motivational skills. • Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; relevant certifications • ICF Certifications Preferred
