Description

• As the EMEA Strategic Sales Director, lead the sales strategy for Broadcom’s strategic customers. • Drive retention, portfolio adoption, and competitive displacement. • Manage and support a team of account directors aligned to strategic accounts. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level executives. • Collaborate with internal departments to achieve financial and business goals. • Design and develop sales campaigns to target strategic customers.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in the technology sector, particularly within the IT industry. • Experience managing customer relationships, sales processes, and programs. • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix organization. • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time. • Fluency in English. • Fluency in additional European languages (preferred). • Experience with strategic sales initiatives and marketing collaborations (preferred).
