Description

• Responsible for the technical deployment process during the implementation cycle. • Client technical presentations, managing client technical resources, internal technical resources, and deployment support. • Maintain client satisfaction with post-sale duties to resolve customer issues. • Provide technical requirements to clients. • Manage and provide technical support during the deployment process. • Work directly with customers in the deployment and account management process. • Provide problem escalation in a timely manner when required. • Partner with internal & external resources to establish project plans, set timelines, and manage expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise IT experience • Experience in Linux and web apps • Experience with Python scripting or similar • Experience leading deployment software & workflow solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail. • Strong individual and group presentation skills. • Excellent customer management skills. • Excellent time management skills. • Self-starter - good internal motivation for self-directed time and activities • Manage relationships and tasks with teams of engineers, deployment specialists, client engineers, and various stakeholders to complete projects tasks on time. • Ability to track and manage risks and issues while creating paths of communication to resolution. • Detailed technical understanding of server, network, and storage systems both on-prem and in public cloud environments. • Provide go live support to ensure projects are deployed properly. • Have empathy for a broad variety of users. • Experience working in a fast paced environment.
