• Engage businesses with customer relationships that enable data collection to become a supporting part of their business. • Work with Agronomic support staff to enhance local trade territory and its supporting business strengths. • Manage Client relationships to enhance business adoption and future potential. • Find holes in U.S. geographic territory and look for ways to expand business. • Assist Local Agronomic Retailers and Suppliers with Customer meetings and informational seminars. • Produce local ROI stories to promote business within Geographic Regions. • Work with Partners to explore expansion opportunities within their organizations. • Coordinate with Downstream buyers and internal Arva business development for expanded portfolio opportunities. • Develop Business relationships with Biofuels Plants and their associated supply shed to expand footprint and secure long term opportunities. • Develop Business relationships with Livestock and ancillary product groups and companies that build portfolio opportunities within our partners.
• 4 year degree in Business Management or equivalent work experience. • Must have 3-5 years of agricultural industry sales and/or business management experience. • Proven experience in project management and successful implementation of strategic initiatives. • Subject matter expert in agricultural practices and farm management. • Ability to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment by staying open-minded and acting as a team player. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Ability to write and speak effectively to individuals and groups. • Excellent customer service skills.
