Description

• Arvinas has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Medical Director to support our neurology pipeline. • The Medical Director will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of the medical affairs plans for Arvinas neurology pipeline assets. • This position reports to the Head of Medical Affairs, and will be located remotely from a location within the U.S. • Key responsibilities include developing and driving the implementation of medical affairs plans and strategies that support and accelerate the neurology pipeline. • Other responsibilities include overseeing creation and maintenance of internal and external scientific content, leading strategy at congresses, participating in data analysis, and planning and executing advisory boards.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree (MD, PharmD, PhD in neuroscience or neuropsychology) required • 10+ years of neurology medical affairs experience and/or relevant clinical practice preferably in the areas of neuromuscular disease, neuromodulation or movement disorders. • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. • Proven ability to facilitate open discussion and debate among key stakeholders and build internal and external relationships • Experience conducting and/or presenting at advisory boards and related forums • Experience working with cross functional medical and development teams • Able to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for early and late state development in neurology • Ability to travel up to 20% • Arvinas will not be providing VISA sponsorship for this position now or in the future.
