Description

• Full-cycle recruiting for creative and technical roles within the gaming industry, including 2D, 3D, Visual Design, Tech Art, Generalists, VFX, Sound Design, Animation, and Art Direction. • Additionally, responsible for operational roles to support the art team, such as Outsourcing Managers and Art Producers. • Build strong, ongoing relationships with the artistic and gaming communities to attract top talent and maintain a strong talent pool. • Source, communicate with candidates, conduct recruiter screen interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to set up the interview process for the team. • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to debriefing candidates and extending offers. • Contribute to staffing and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals and organizational growth. • Organize and represent the company at industry events, building a strong presence within the gaming and creative talent communities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruiting within the gaming industry, with a focus on creative and technical roles (e.g., artists, designers, developers) • Deep knowledge of gaming communities, industry forums, and platforms where talent actively engages • Fluent English (essential for communication with international candidates and cross-functional teams) • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling strong connections with candidates and internal stakeholders • A passion for gaming, paired with a solid understanding of the industry's trends and dynamics • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities effectively • Prior experience as a game artist or designer is a valuable plus, but not a requirement.
