Description

• Changing the standard of care for millions of untreated sufferers of ENT conditions • Improve patient access to life-changing relief through safe, practical, and effective innovation • Essential part of a mission-driven team • Responsible for generating new business and achieving annual goals • Partner with key physicians to launch VivAer and RhinAer products • Work closely with Regional Sales Director and R/D teams to support growth initiatives • Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and clinical sites • Provide a high level of service and ongoing education regarding company products • Lead physician training with targeted Aerin physicians • Identify and expand new opportunities for Aerin products

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing or related field is preferred • 5 plus years of medical device experience • ENT/Plastics experience strongly desired • Track record of success and over-achievement (Rep of Year, Presidents Club) • Physician office sales, disruptive technology, and start-up experience is a plus • Medical background/Military experience will be considered • Strong sales skills with historic over-achievement within sales organizations • Ability to launch disruptive technology in a new space • Proven leadership skills within a peer group • Effective communicator and able to present to the executive team as needed • High attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage multiple tasks • Proven problem-solving skills • Willingness to travel extensively (50% or more)
