🎯 Requirements

β€’ Sales Leadership: β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand the mid-market segment. β€’ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals. β€’ Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team. β€’ Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team. β€’ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. β€’ Customer Relationship Management: β€’ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies. β€’ Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales pitches accordingly. β€’ Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively. β€’ Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. β€’ Sales Process: β€’ Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. β€’ Develop and execute effective sales presentations and proposals. β€’ Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue. β€’ Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process. β€’ Market Analysis: β€’ Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. β€’ Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. β€’ Conduct market research to inform sales and marketing efforts.
