Requirements

• Sales Leadership: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate and expand the mid-market segment. • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales quotas and revenue goals. • Recruit, hire, and onboard top sales talent to build a high-performing team. • Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to the sales team. • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. • Customer Relationship Management: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies. • Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales pitches accordingly. • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively. • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities. • Sales Process: • Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. • Develop and execute effective sales presentations and proposals. • Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize revenue. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure a seamless sales process. • Market Analysis: • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. • Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. • Conduct market research to inform sales and marketing efforts. • EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in software sales, preferably in the mid-market segment. • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals. • Proven track record of driving & managing growth (demand generation, sales cycle progression, sales cycle wins). • Strong leadership and team management skills. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools. • Strong understanding of the software sales process and methodologies. • Ability to travel as needed.
