β’ Zafran is looking for a results-driven and experienced Regional Account Executive. β’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets within the assigned region. β’ Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and market segments for business development. β’ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. β’ Understand client needs and align products/services to address those needs effectively. β’ Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations. β’ Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. β’ Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reporting, and updates to the leadership team. β’ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. β’ Work closely with peers and management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
β’ Proven experience as a successful Account Executive or in a similar sales role. β’ Strong understanding of the [industry/sector] and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. β’ Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. β’ Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. β’ Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed. β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
