📋 Description

• Lead the team, seal the deals, and drive revenue growth hands-on. • Refine and execute sales strategy to achieve revenue goals while participating in outbound sales efforts. • Personally handle full-cycle sales tasks to meet revenue goals and demonstrate best practices. • Manage and coach a high-performing sales team to foster a results-driven culture. • Work closely with Marketing and Customer Success for aligned sales efforts and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in driving personal sales in a B2B SaaS environment, with experience selling solutions at $500+/month while coaching and leading a team. • Strong background in selling MarTech solutions is highly preferred, with a deep understanding of the digital marketing/advertising industry. • Demonstrated ability to manage outbound sales cycles with SMB and mid-market customers, focusing on value-based sales. • Experience with the digital marketing landscape, particularly search engine marketing (SEM), is a plus. • Managed and directly contributed to the success of a high-performing sales team of 5+ individuals; coaching team members through call reviews, demos, and outbound strategies. • Proven ability to lead by example by consistently meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas. • Strong analytical mindset with experience tracking key sales metrics and providing actionable insights to improve team performance. • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
