• Analyzing current system requirements and functionalities to inform the development strategy • Collaborating with management to create a comprehensive development plan for system transformation • Designing and developing applications using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Pages • Engaging with contractor and federal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals • Maintaining and updating contract SDLC documentation to reflect project evolution • Upholding quality standards through meticulous review of project deliverables • Assisting Project Managers in developing detailed work plans, schedules, and resource plans • Participating in technical meetings and providing general user support as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution • 8+ years of technical experience, specifically in Power Apps and Power Pages • Proven experience working with federal agencies on IT systems • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) • Experience in software release management • Proficiency in MS Office Suite • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality deliverables • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity in client interactions • U.S. Citizenship is required; successful candidates must pass a Public Trust background investigation
